03	Area Of Operation The area of operation of the Bank shall be confined to the whole parbhani district and hingodli, nanded, latur, jalana, Beed, Aurangabad and Osmanabad districts (marathwada) from Maharashtra state. for any revision in this regard. the prior apporval in writing of the Reserve Bank of india and also the Registering authority shall be necessary. The amendment is proposed to extend bank branches network in the Maharashtra State.
